We want every Felix Rex experience to feel fit for a king. If something’s not quite right, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

What qualifies for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

By initiating a return or exchange, you agree to the following:

  1. Felix Rex reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., worn, damaged, or outside the return window).

  2. Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection.

  3. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

  4. Return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by Felix Rex and are non-refundable.

  5. Felix Rex is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if not sent through a trackable method.
